Sorry but that word just completely fitted your new upload :).
Major impressive job again, sadly I havent put my fingers on Mirrors Edge yet (altrough I am fully aware if its existence) so I cannot judge the music but that it fits with what I have seen from the game, it should work out ;p. They rather dont know that you fixed this otherwise they have to recall the game worldwide to get this track in ;p.
Anyways, on topic. A few suprizes which you implanted in this one. You know what I mean and yes we keep it our secret but you should be proud, it worked out great AND you should do that more often, its a great added value to the overal tone of the song.
As usual, cristal clear guitars, nice strings (which is my fave vsti by now ;p) and for sure just the typical NT sound.
Keep up the creativity but heej, if you don't it just gives me a reason to haunt and stalk you again until you get back on track!
Till I finished fallout... then I will be back with FRESH creativity ;).

Yeah, the game's music is really good but I've said that a lot now. XD And haha, it'd be pretty funny if they caught wind of this remix =P
Anyway, I'll think about doing our secret some more in future projects like this, we'll see :P.

...the intro is nice and chill so that is a good start. the groove of the track is nice and flowing. I didnt get a real kick out of the leadtones but what I do like is the twirling sound on the back and a nice fade in, it gives it a nice UK progressive style after that. Could be worked out a bit more (longer) and try to keep it intresting ;).

the bass is kicking, and it could sound okay but there is one or another really weird filter that pulls all your sound back to a certain level that its not even clear anymore what happends... I seriously wonder if you are aware of the crappy sound which this ends up... I know a LOT about hardcore so you dont have to explain me any point of view.. I would say... check youtube for angerfist and dj promo... cause on this way you will not sell anything... but that is just my point of view...

haha,, promo is messy at the best of times and angerfist is a tad commercial these days..
the filter you would be referring to affecting all the sounds,, i use a filter on a channel,,
do you mean a compressor?? i think i used one on the master channel ,, or could it be that you may kno some commercial hardcore,, but nothing of production ??

I suggest you read up on the definition of monotone before using words out of context as I find monotone to be an offensive description =p

do you think that the synth is distorted or that some of the layers may come through a little too much toward the end??
one of the layers im using is a junoX2 VST which i think may come through too strong toward in the final melody variation ..

It took a few minutes before I fully understanded the lines but as you go deeper trough the sound and just let the lines pick you up and float with it... its a very cool track. keep up the intresting work :)

okay... demotime... my only issue is...I dont hear any demostration.
Only a very simple loopline which not really feels finished yet.
Maybe a few more hours before you upload it next time?
